The crossroads in life.

Yesterday i went for Lincoln's party over at Settler's in Clarke Quay. You can't begin to imagine how many board/card games they have over there. My group played
1)Poison, a card game where the aim is to not get poisoned.
2)First Hand, a reaction based hand game which players have to mimic hand patterns shown on the cards.
3)Acquire, a turn-based money making stock game which took awhile for us to learn but it was fun. Too bad the 2 girls playing with us had to leave early, if not i'll be super rich. =P
4) The last game before we left the place was called Gershankt. It's a card game where you choose to pass(Gershankt means No, Thank you in German) or take the card with the number of points on it. The one with the lowest points wins.

Lincoln was such an A-hole for asking everyone to come at 7pm when the party started at 8. There was this acquintance i know who is also Linc's friend, came at 7pm and waited all the way until 745 for Lincoln to finally come. Anyway, me, Amos and Jeremiah came at 730 coz we knew about the timing. =)

Anyway, the party was really fun with all the games to play...
After Settler's, a handful of his 70 gang of Black friends(dress code was totally black) went to Cafe Iguana to have some drinks. Jeremiah had 2 mugs of beer and was a bit tipsy while the 2 mugs had no effect on Glen and Amos. We walked around Clarke Quay until about 3+ before we took a cab home. The bloody taxi uncle we're in was driving at 160km/h at 1 point on the ECP. And he was going on and on about how the government is corrupt and stuff like that. I'm lucky i'm still living after that trip home. =P

2 Days more to my Union camp. I wonder whether i should be excited and happy about meeting new people and having fun before my uni life starts. I just feel that i really want to come out differently this time in uni for the next 4 years rather than the 6 years in secondary school/JC where pple misunderstood me.

Wierd post today, but nevertheless, it's still a post.
